Screw - Jacks: Running in and maintenance
instructions
General information:
Load capacities range from 10 kN to 2.000 kN.
Screw - jacks can be used individually or combined (two or more) in
order to discharge various load shifting operation.
- The housing is made of stress relieved
and sand blasted welded steel.
- The worm shaft is made of alloy steel
and completely ground.
- The worm wheel is made of bronze with
elevated anti-friction characteristics.
Each screw jack must meet varying requirements; therefore, each
shaft must be manufactured on customer's drawings.
We can also supply the following upon request:
- Bellow guards for the screw spindle.
- Screw spindle counter rotation device.
- Screw spindle with ground teeth.
- Worm wheel with ball screw for precise positioning.
